Good morning, all.
I’ve decided to take a little break from the blogging world. Strictly temporary, mind you, but I need a bit of down time. Actually, I need a bit of writing time. I started this blog on March 21st past, along with Twitter and Goodreads – and then Facebook. Now, I’ve found I’m less of a writer than I am a blogger. Not to say I’m not having fun, and I truly enjoy having all my new friends and acquaintances. But as I’ve gone deeper into the whole “author platform” thing, my writing – and editing – has suffered.
So, I’m taking a few weeks off. Going to do the basic posting, one or two a day on the blog, and write. And edit. And get my darned book ready to launch. Please, PLEASE don’t take this as anything is wrong, or I’m ignoring anyone. Simply not it. I’ll be back to facebook and all the rest soon. If you have a matter you’d like to talk about, you all have my blog. Anyone who has my email, use it. Come talk. Failing that, I’ll be back October 1, with my book done and ready to swing. Ciao, my friends.

Arriva derci,Thomas.. see you when you get back,,!
You bet Seumas. It’s on YOUR shoulders to keep all these ne’er-do’wells in shape until I ride back over the horizon…
Social media can easily take over to the point everything suffers. Good move on your part, Mister. Good luck with the writing, editing, and especially the launch!
Thanks Jim….I’ll be back before you know it…gonna just enjoy writing for a few…talk to you soon
Yep. Can definitely see the method in your madness. Priorities.
Right. I only have so many hours, which I’m sure you’re familiar with. And this book has been dragging for long enough. Get it done, and I have 3 shorts that have been waiting to be finished too.
You’re a writer. Write.
precisely
Enjoy your time. I know it is so easy to get distracted by all the other commotion, sometimes it’s nice to just shut everything out.
Be productive and we will all still be here when you come back : )
Hey Armand….yeah, you know what I’m doing over here…priorities take precedence. Was my editing okay for you?
