My pleasure, Stan….good to see you again. It’s an exciting time, isn’t it? I spent months watching other folks having theirs out…quite a relief to finally launch. How’s it going with you?

You started on the next one yet?
I haven’t…have the basic plot and locations..I’m actually about to put out an anthology of a paranormal novella and two shorts..then I think I’ll do the sequel while those are going…
That sounds like a great plan. And doing it this way will help get you some more distance from your book!

I mean you’re probably too close to the book you just published, so some time and distance will let you see things from a fresher perspective.
That’s true…although it’s a sad fact that I haven’t done anything with it for a number of months. This marketing stuff takes up waaaay too much time. Folks think if you’re traditionally published, the marketing is done for you…NOT
Yeah, I think those days are over for almost all authors. Although I did notice neither Vince Flynn or Stephen Hunter — two of my favorite authors — have Twitter accounts.
